What are the natural ways to boost our immune system?
What I will say is based on my and my family's proven factual experiences and therapeutics that have worked with our health. So, they can't be categorized as "misinformation"
In order to boost immune system regularly,here are some tips.
1.) Sleep early between 8pm-5am, you should have atleast 8 hours of sleep a day
2.) Regular exercise, atleast 30 minutes each day
3.) Always include fruits and vegetables in your meal
4.) Meditate
5.) Always pray the moment you open your day.
