I don't think weight loss medicines are the good way to go. I do believe that more than the benefits that these medicines advertise, there are far more side effects that would only be revealed in the long run. I also think that these medicines make people dependent on them and not actually discipline themselves on what they should actually be doing to reduce their weight.

To achieve the weight you've ever wanted, I think the best ways are the natural ways. Perform regular exercise and eat the right amount and right kind of food until they become your usual routine. Come to think of it, wouldn't it be nice to tell your weight loss story that's based on pure efforts rather than some kind of medicine?

I have read about Phentermine as a good weight loss drug which helps to suppress our urge of consuming more food or calories. Well, looking at the benefits it sound good to rely on but my question is for how long will one continue to buy this  drug and by the way this drug doesn't come cheap and it isn't a natural drug so of course we should expect some side effects whether mild or severe.I'm on a weight loss journey myself and I never advocate for drugs taking to lose weight.
Change of lifestyle is more like it for weight loss.Exercising more and eating less is more like it.What makes us add weight most times is the amount of calories comsumed daily.So it either we exercise to expend or burn off or we totally restrict our number of calories intake daily.
